The Swedish designer Rimgaile Samsonite realised this cosy and warming stool for Green Furniture Sweden, a company focused on local and green production, created by the designer Johan Berhin in 2005. ‘Sheep’ is composed of a half log from lumber which cannot be used for planks and a biologically tanned lambskin from Bioskinn. As the logs are crafted undried, the legs, wedged in place, are clamped as the log dries – no glue or screws needed.
